SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders will be processed within 15-90 working days, depending on outfit type, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on Pakistan Time (PST/GMT +5hours).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Within Pakistan: 15-21 days for Pret orders, 30-45 days for formals, 90 days+ for bridals
International: Upto 45 days for Pret orders, 60 days for formals, 90 days+ for bridals
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES LIKE?
For international deliveries, you may select your item and proceed to the check out page, as charges are based on weight and volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Everthine By Samar we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault, however, that is totally as per the decision of the brand.
