Ready-to-wear & unstitched: 100% advance at the time of order. No refunds or exchanges are possible.
Bridals & formals: 50% advance, balance 50% before pick-up/delivery.
Partial advance payment is acceptable however the order shall consider placed once advance payment is complete.
Advance payment made against a certain order is not adjustable against another order.
Advance (full or partial) payment made against any order is non-refundable in any case.
If an order in progress (beyond 48 hours period) is put on hold by the customer for any reason whatsoever, the brand shall allow only 01 month in addition to the pick-up/delivery date for the balance payment to be cleared, failing which the customer shall have no right to claim the outfit(s) and Brand shall not refund the advance payment or offer an adjustment in another order.
If the customer is unable to make payment within 15 days of intimation of order readiness by the brand, the customer shall have no right to claim the outfit(s) and Brand shall not refund the advance payment or offer an adjustment in another order.
Brand is not responsible for bleeding/fading of colors or beads falling off after the outfit has been worn or washed.
Any quality complaint is to be made within 07 days of purchase/delivery, otherwise the brand is not responsible to entertain the complaint.
Brand’s verdict on the validity of customer complaint, after a careful review, shall be considered final. Turnaround time on complaints is 07 working days.
In case of a major fault, the brand shall fix the issue or exchange the item as per its own discretion. Customer shall not have the right to determine the outcome.
Faulty item must be presented back to the brand in its original/unworn and unwashed condition.
In case of bridals & formals, the brand can deviate up-to 15 days beyond committed delivery date as these are hand-worked items and may take longer than expected to produce, therefore please order well-within time. of your event. Refund/cancelation claims shall not be entertained in case of delays.
